The purpose of this biological assessment (BA) is to review the proposed Redwood National and State Parks (RNSP) action, exotic plant management, in sufficient detail to determine if the proposed action may affect any aquatic threatened or endangered species and/or their designated critical habitats. The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) concludes that the program will have limited effects to critical habitat from ground disturbing activities causing a negligible increase in turbidity, and from the small possibility of petroleum products or herbicides entering the stream network and decreasing water quality.
