The purpose of this biological assessment (BA) is to review the proposed Redwood National and State Parks (RNSP) action, Elam Loop Bridge Demolition and Trail Reroute, in sufficient detail to determine if the proposed action may affect any threatened or endangered species and/or their critical habitats. The USFWS biological opinion (BO) concludes that implementation of the action, as proposed, is not likely to jeopardize the continued existence of the marbled murrelet.
