The purpose of this biological assessment (BA) is to review the proposed Redwood National and State Parks (RNSP) action, exotic plant management, in sufficient detail to determine if the proposed action may affect any aquatic threatened or endangered species and/or their designated critical habitats. the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) letter of concurrence concludes that the RNSP proposed plan is not likely to adversely affect threatened salmonid species or critical habitat designated for these aquatic species.
