Purpose: "The staff responsibilities and management strategies described in this document are intended to establish consistency when responding to the presence of western snowy plovers (Charadrius alexandrinus nivosus) within the boundaries of Redwood National and State Parks (RNSP or “Parks”). RNSP is composed of Redwood National Park (RNP), Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park (JSRSP), Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park (DNCRSP), and Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park (PCRSP).
