The purpose of this biological assessment (BA) is to review Redwood National and State Parks (RNSP) action, vehicle beach access, in sufficient detail to determine if the action may affect any threatened, endangered or candidate species and/or their critical habitats. The term of this assessment is for five years or through March 2015. The USFWS biological opinion (BO) amendment includes special use permits for vehicle use.
