The purpose of this biological assessment (BA) is to review the Redwood National and State Parks (RNSP) South Fork Lost Man Creek Second Growth Forest Management Plan to determine if the proposed action may affect any terrestrial or non-anadromous aquatic threatened, endangered or candidate species and/or their critical habitats. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's (USFWS) biological opinion (BO) is that the South Fork Lost Man Creek Second Growth Forest Management Plan is not likely to jeopardize the continued existence of the marbled murrelet.
