The purpose of this biological assessment (BA) is to review the proposed Redwood National and State Parks (RNSP) action, Nickerson Trail Bridge Replacement, in sufficient detail to determine if the proposed action may affect any threatened or endangered species and/or their critical habitats.The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) letter of concurrence (LOC) concurs with your determination that the project may affect, but is not likely to adversely affect the marbled murrelet or their critical habitat.
