Snorkel and scuba surveys were conducted on 26 August 2016 to search for freshwater mussels at the Pruitt Bridge Crossing of Arkansas Highway 7. Surveys were performed by AHTD personnel Benjamin Thesing and Mickey Matthews. A total of 239 mussels representing 12 species were collected, identified, and returned to their original location. No threatened or endangered species were encountered during the survey.
