This survey was funded by a fiscal year 2013 Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Colorado State Historic Preservation Office (grant number P13AF00043) and a subgrant to the City of Brighton, Colorado (project number CO-13-012). The subgrant provided for an intensive survey of 11 properties in the City of Brighton and the surrounding area.
