These guidelines were funded by a fiscal year 2015 Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Colorado State Historic Preservation Office (grant number P15AF00192) and a subgrant to the City of Littleton, Colorado (project number CO-15-020). The subgrant provided for the development of a set of design standards and guidelines for the Louthan Heights Historic District, the city's first and only residential historic district.
