This survey was funded by a fiscal year 2015 Historic Preservation Fund Grant to the Colorado State Historic Preservation Office (grant number P15AF00192) and a sub-grant to the City of Westminster, Colorado (project number CO-15-022). The subgrant provided for a reconnaissance survey of California Ranch-style properties, along with pockets of additional properties of this architectural style that have been identified, totaling 286 properties. Westminster, Colorado is a Certified Local Government.
