This survey was funded by a fiscal year 2015 Historic Preservation Fund Grant to the Kansas State Historic Preservation Office (grant number P15AF00192) and a subgrant to the City of Topeka, Kansas (project number KS-15-002). The subgrant provided the second half of a survey of the College Hill neighborhood with the intent of pursuing a National Register nomination for the portions determined eligible for listing through this and last year's survey efforts. The survey report concludes that there is an eligible district present and the city will be coordinating local support for a future nomination. Topeka, Kansas is a Certified Local Government.
