This report was funded by a fiscal year 2013 Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Minnesota State Historic Preservation Office (grant number P13AF00103) and a subgrant to the City of Waseca, Minnesota (project number MN-13-039). The subgrant provided for the creation of downtown design guidelines to educate owners and the public, build support for a designated downtown historic district, and for use by owners doing facade projects. Waseca, Minnesota is a Certified Local Government.
