This poster was funded by a fiscal year 2015 Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Tennessee Historical Commission (grant number P15AF00044) and a subgrant to Tennessee History for Kids (project number TN-15-020). The subgrant provided for the continuation of a project to print posters with themes related to the state's history and preservation to be distributed to schools and state legislature.
