Master of Preservation Studies Program, Tulane University, School of Architecture. 2013. Technical Conservation Study, Madame John's Legacy, New Orleans, Louisiana. Lousiana State Museum; Louisiana Division of Historic Preservation. New Orleans, Louisiana
This study was funded by a fiscal year 2013 Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Louisiana Division of Historic Preservation (grant number 22-12-41925, project number LA-12-008). The subgrant provided for a comprehensive conservation analysis of the Madame John's Legacy building to help determine how to effectively preserve the structure. Analysis included investigation of the moisture, mortar and masonry problems in building. A historic paint color study was conducted as part of the conservation analysis.
