This survey was funded by a fiscal year 2015 Historic Preservation Fund Grant to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (grant number P15AF00076) and a subgrant to the City of Tybee Island, Georgia (project number GA-15-034). The subgrant provided for phase 1 of a city-wide historic resources survey of 600 parcels. Tybee Island, Georgia is a Certified Local Government.
