Silver/Petrucelli & Associates (SP+A) recently conducted a site-visit to the Clinton Academy Building in order to assess the exterior building envelope, material conditions, interior conditions, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and overall code compliance. In addition, the existing conditions report, potential building adaptive reuses are suggested. These adaptive reuses are based on the existing building's inherent spatial limitations, current and projected code implications, and practical applications. All findings and recommendations are described below with an attached outline of prioritized maintenance or improvement items with associated costs and figures. (From introduction.)
