The HSR serves as a guide to direct the treatment and use of the historic resource and substantiate the interpretation of the building. It includes: a development history of the property; identification of components of the house that are contributing to its historic significance; an assessment of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems for the building; a conservation analysis of the paint and mortar to identify underlying paint layers and mortar makeup; recommendations for treatment of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems identified under the assessment task; recommendations for the use of the historic structure; documentation of the existing conditions of the building with drawings and photographs. A HSR Condition Assessment Update is also attached. This update was conducted on November 5, 2015 by Regional Historical Architect Craig Chenevert.
