These design guidelines for the National Register-listed Cornstalk Heights Historic District and locally historic zoned Margrave Street Historic District include sections on existing commercial residential architecture and new construction. Funding was provided in part through a fiscal year 2014 Historic Preservation Fund grant to the City of Harriman (project number TN-14-026) administered by the Tennessee State Historic Preservation Office (grant number P14AF00085) and the State, Tribal, and Local Plans and Grants Division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior. Harriman, Tennessee is a Certified Local Government.
