The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation developed a series of "success" stories to highlight SHPO programs and projects across New York State. Presented here are PDFs of eight of those stories: Ailing and Cory Warehouse, 136 North Division Street, Buffalo, Erie County; the former Austin, Nichols and Company Warehouse, 184 Kent Street, Brooklyn; Franklin Building, Watertown, Jefferson County; Harmony Mills, North Mohawk Street, Cohoes, Albany County; Former Storehouse #2, U.S. Navy Fleet Supply Base, Brooklyn; Nine Mile Creek Aqueduct, Town of Camillus, Onondaga County; TWA Flight Center, JFK International Airport, Queens County; and USS Slater, Albany, Albany County. Project funding was provided in part by a 2012 Historic Preservation Fund grant to the New York State Historic Preservation Office (project number NY-12-031, grant number 36-12-41939) administered by the State, Tribal, and Local Plans and Grants Division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior.
