Sharpe PJ and Kelley E. 2017. Report for Travel to Johnstown Flood National Memorial, September 19 -23, 2016
The objective of this investigation was to respond to a request for technical assistance for a comprehensive delineation of wetland habitats subject to jurisdiction under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and all wetlands subject to National Park Service (NPS) procedures for implementing Director’s Order #77–1: Wetland Protection (DO 71.1) within the historic reservoir area of Johnstown Flood National Memorial (JOFL). This effort was undertaken as a supplement to a previous wetland inventory conducted by Keller Engineers, Inc. (Keller) completed from 2007 to 2009 using the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers methods.
