From introduction: "The Twin Falls Warehouse Historic District is rich with industrial and utilitarian buildings which represent the highest concentration of buildings associated with the processing, storing and transporting of wholesale products, both agricultural and manufactured, in Twin Falls. These structures serve as a link to the City’s heritage and are enjoyed by residents, business owners and visitors alike. While the Warehouse Historic District itself symbolizes the past, it also offers opportunities for a vibrant future. Preserving the integrity of the Warehouse Historic District, while nurturing its vitality economically and culturally, is a high priority. In order to assure that improvements in the historic district are respectful of, and responsive to, its historic significance, projects within the district are reviewed for their compliance with established standards. This document provides the guidelines that will be used in making determinations of appropriateness and also offers advice to property owners in planning their projects."
