Project funding was provided in part by a 2015 Historic Preservation Fund grant to City of Tulsa (project number OK-15-608) administered by the Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Office (grant number P15AF00050) and the State, Tribal, and Local Plans and Grants Division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior. Tulsa, Oklahoma is a Certified Local Government.
