Historic Downtown Bradford Design Guidelines: A Guide for Property Owners

2015. Historic Downtown Bradford Design Guidelines: A Guide for Property Owners. Bradford Main Street Program; City of Bradford; Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission. Bradford, Pennsylvania

From introduction: "This Historic Downtown Bradford Design Guideline was created in order to better inform current and prospective property owners in the City’s nationally and state registered Downtown Historic District about the importance of maintaining their building and it’s historic features. These guidelines will help educate property owners about best practices for upkeep and care of historic buildings, and offer guidance in navigating the HARB process when changes to a property need to be made." Project funding was provided in part by a 2015 Historic Preservation Fund grant to the City of Pittsburgh (project number PA-15-015) administered by the Pennsylvania State Historic Preservation Office (grant number P15AF00227) and the State, Tribal, and Local Plans and Grants Division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior.
