The Cultural Resource Stewardship Assessment (CRSA) for Harpers Ferry National Historic Park (HAFE) assesses the knowledge and physical condition of national park cultural resources and the overall health of park cultural resource management programs. The CRSA provides park managers with a reliable assessment and report on current conditions, critical data gaps, and selected condition influences for cultural resources within their park. The CRSA establishes a critical baseline for cyclical analysis of the park’s cultural resource management. This baseline will guide park manager’s in decision-making and investments to improve resource knowledge and conditions in the next century of National Park Service stewardship.
