Mardis Building, Campbell Building, Old Telephone Register, Old U.S. Post Office, Union Block, Wright Building, JC Penny Building, U.S. National Bank Building, Hotel Elberton, Cooks Hotel, Old Elks Building, Odd Fellows Hall, O’Dell Building, Jameson Hardware, Eggleston Block, Henderschott House, Southern Pacific Railroad, Old City Power Plant, Houck’s Flouring Mill Project funding was provided in part by a 2014 Historic Preservation Fund grant to City of McMinnville (project number OR-14-10) administered by the Oregon State Historic Preservation Office (grant number P14AF00096) and the State, Tribal, and Local Plans and Grants Division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior.
