From introduction: "[T]his document was created in an attempt to accomplish several goals: To provide the Design Review Board with a guide for consistently and fairly evaluating design proposals; to offer developers and property owners a framework for designing their project; to educate residents and visitors about some of the precious aspects of Old Bisbee and the need to preserve and enhance them." Funding was provided in part by a 1990 Historic Preservation Fund grant administered by the Arizona State Historic Preservation Office (grant number 04-90-50150) and the State, Tribal, and Local Plans and Grants Division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior.
