From foreword: "In June 1990 the Menlo Park Neighborhood Association hired Cox Architecture Corporation, now known as Johns and Strittmatter Inc., to conduct a Historic Architectural Survey of all resources within a designated Survey Area of the Menlo Park Neighborhood in order to identify, document and evaluate these resources." Funding was provided in part by a Historic Preservation Fund grant administered by the Arizona State Historic Preservation Office and the State, Tribal, and Local Plans and Grants Division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior.
