Public Law 95-625, which amends the Wild and Scenic River Act (Public Law 90-542), requires the National Park Service and other federal and state agencies to perform an eligibility report on the East Branch of Fish Creek in New York, to determine whether the river was subject to inclusion under the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act. The report contains basic data, study findings, conclusions and recommendations towards designation.
