Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 2: Compliance, Permitting, and Updating Site Maps (WC_B), Version 2.0 describes the current compliance and permitting requirements associated with the ARCN, CAKN, and SEAN climate monitoring vital sign, which is subject to the legal justifications of the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) of 1969. Site maps must be updated every time a new weather station is added to a park under the climate monitoring protocol.
