This report presents a new interpretation of the data relating to the construction of Bldgs. No. 10 and 10A that was originally presented in the Historic Building Report, Part I, for these structures. The revised opinion is based on research recently completed on Block D, Shenandoah Street Bldgs. No. 8, 9, 11, 12, and 44, as well as on the Historic American Buildings Survey Drawings for the John C. Unseld Building, completed in August 1958.
