The objectives were to: 1) Combine multiple studies of coral and reef fish using normalized data into an analysis of the recent status of the six key variable groups. 2) Assign high, medium, and low values to study sites for each of the coral and fish variables and plot their positions around each island. 3) Identify geographic patterns of hotspots, breakpoints, and spatial trends in the coral and fish variables among and within islands of the archipelago.
