The National Park Service, Department of the Interior, proposes (1) legislative establishments of Gates of the Arctic National Wilderness Park and a Nunamiut National Wildlands in the Central Brooks Range of Alaska; (2) inclusion of those portions that are within the park of the Alatna, Noatak, Killik (including Easter Creek), Tinayguk, and North Fork of the Koyukuk Rivers as Wild Rivers in the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System; and (3) administrative action to adopt a conceptual master plan to guide management and development of the park and wildlands.
