Some Ramaria taxa from Nova Scotia

ABSTRACT: Several taxa of Ramaria subgenera Ramaria and Laeticolora are described from herbarium specimens and material collected in Nova Scotia. Distribution patterns of the taxa are discussed, and taxa are compared with extralimital organisms. Proposed new taxa are, in subg. Ramaria, R. cinereocarnea, R. daucipes, and R. zeppelinospora; and in subg. Laeticolora, R. neoformosa var. macrospora, R. aenea, R. somniculosa, R. primulina, R. grundii, and R. harrisonii. Ramaria rubripermanens var. longissimispora stat. nov. and R. subtilis stat. nov. are also proposed.
