NCR architectural conservator was contacted by Harpers Ferry National Historical Park in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, to reassess the current conditions of the limestone and concrete elements of the Art Deco Monumental Entrance, the concrete foundation, surface staining and previous repairs on the brick elevation of the Grandview School Building.
