"The focus of work was on deferred maintenance: the brick exterior had limited areas of missing or deteriorated mortar joints, while the main entry staircase and cast stone decorative elements were soiled and exhibited some spalling. Work included cleaning, repointing with an appropriate mortar mix, and installing an in-kind patch on the staircase."
