The Geologic Resources Division held a GRI scoping meeting for Horseshoe Bend National Military Park on March 21, 2012, at the headquarters building in Daviston, Alabama. Participants at the meeting included NPS staff from the park and Geologic Resources Division; and cooperators from the Geological Survey of Alabama, Auburn University, Colorado State University, Jacksonville State University, and University of West Georgia (see table 2, p. 15).
