Montoya M, Cooper A, Hurt C, Montoya R. The Effects of Disturbance on Invertebrate Diversity in Cedar Glade Habitats. Research Permit and Reporting System

The impact insects have on the relationships in their respective communities cannot be understated. This study analyzed the anthropogenic effects on three present Cedar Glade Habitats in the Middle Tennessee area by evaluating the biodiversity index at each location. The results concluded that the Stones River National Battlefield was significantly impacted by anthropogenic influences, compared to the other two sites.
