This is an informal guide for managing Data Store references for reports published in the Natural Resource Reports (NRR) series or Natural Resource Data Series (NRDS). It provides detailed instructions for 1) Activating the Data Store record for that report (makes the report visible in the Data Store and search engines). 2) Uploading the final PDF to the Data Store record (permanent archive and makes available for download).
