Mr. Ryan's firm, ERM, was hired by IN American Water to investigate the potential impacts of the former Ogden Dunes filtration residuals pond on adjoining National Park Service property. The primary purpose of the study was to assess the potential ecological and human health impacts of constituents of potential concern that may be related to the former Ogden Dunes Water Filtration Plant. The Report provides a summary of the results of work completed from 2015 to 2017.
