Insect/Pollinator Inventory
Strother JG and Waggener J. Insect/Pollinator Inventory. Research Permit and Reporting System
The purpose of the inventory was to document through observation only, butterflies, dragonflies and damselflies species, and the number of each seen. Inventory ran from April through November 2017, and was performed 1-2 times a month. Location was 90% in the western section of the Dyke Marsh Preserve, and 10% in the eastern section of the Preserve. Work conducted by 9 core volunteers. One new record-species (Dion Skipper) added for the overall GWMP.
