Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) completed the 2017 monitoring season for a multi-year monitoring project to characterize background/baseline conditions around and distal to the Pajarito Plateau, Northern New Mexico. The following media were included in the 2017 monitoring season: precipitation, storm water quality, and sediment. Data generated in this study will be used to characterize and quantify the impacts to water quality from natural background sediments and atmospheric deposition.
