33 plots were visited and 20 successfully surveyed in 2017. Of these, 10 exhibited fresh sign, 7 exhibited old sign, and 3 exhibited no sign of pika. 3 plots from the 2010 Pikas in Peril (PiP) study were resurveyed in 2017. Plot 0024 showed fresh sign of pika in both 2010 and 2017. Plot 0113 also revealed fresh sign of pika in both 2010 and 2017. Plot 0193 showed fresh sign of pika in 2011 and old sign of pika in 2017. Overall, 9 plots from the PiP study overlap with the current list of 72.
