CSU East Bay Field Trip
Moran J. CSU East Bay Field Trip. Research Permit and Reporting System
The purpose is to give students a chance to use hand-held water quality meters and interpret data in real-time. The main idea in interpreting the data is to compare and contrast upland discharge areas with regional discharge areas with respect to TDS, temperature, discharge, etc. Samples are collected and analyzed for stable isotopes of the water molecule. Data are displayed and contoured in GIS.
