This report describes the shuttle system evaluation and operational analysis study. It is based on field observations, research, and analysis conducted between June 2017 and October 2017 by RSG and Connetics Transportation Group (CTG). The CTG team focused on the operations of the River Runner Shuttle, and the RSG team focused on the supporting transportation infrastructure.
