Construction plans for a new pedestrian pathway through sagebrush habitats of Grand Teton National Park prompted research to investigate the potential impacts on avian diversity, abundance, habitat use, nesting productivity, and breeding behavior. I used a before-after/control-impact (BACI) design to investigate responses before (2007), during (2008), and after (2009-2010) pathway construction.
