The mission of this committee was, as set forth by the Park General Management Plan, to study the existing Park transportation system, determine the feasibility of providing visitor transportation services to outlying Park sites, consider and develop additional transportation stops, loops, parking, and supporting infrastructure alternatives and cost estimates for the Park management team to consider.
