2010. Preservation of the Historic Lockwood House, Phase I, FY2009-2010. Historic Preservation Training Center

The project was programmed by HAFE’S architect Peter Dessauer back in December of 2005. The scope of the work for this preservation project was developed from PMIS statement 120709A. This project is the first of the 4 phases to be conducted on the exterior of the structure ending in FY 2012. This phase of the work will concentrate on the second story porch on the west elevation. This project mobilized in August of FY 2009 with the pre-construction meeting being held on April 13, 2009. The project lasted until November 9 with the Final Inspection being held at 10:30 a.m. The scaffolding was left in place for the installation of the new EPDM roof to be installed under Design Change #1.
