Describes the project scope, methods and results, the objective being to restore coast dune habitat at Point Reyes National Seashore to protect the survival of four threatened or endangered species (threatened Western snowy plover, endangered Myrtle Silverspot butterfly and the endangered plants Layia carnosa and Lupinus tidestromii) and to restore natural dune processes. The 4 acre project site rests on a strip of dunes that separates the ocean from Abbott's Lagoon.
