The consultants identified, delineated and quantified asbestos containing material (ACM) within the HFNHP. Probable and reasonable abatement costs for friable and nonfriable asbestos-related cleanup were estimated for individual structures throughout the park. Forty-four (44) structures were identified as requiring sampling to confirm the presence of ACM. Seventeen (17) sites were identified as not known to or presumed to contain asbestos material. Abatement measures and their costs were prepared for the remaining 27 sites.
